I am a University student with a strong passion for design and a keen interest in exploring interior spaces creatively. Currently studying Interior Design, my academic journey has helped me develop both technical skills and a deep understanding of how aesthetics and functionality intersect. My studies in Business have also enhanced my computing skills, which complement my creative pursuits. I am highly motivated and eager to apply my knowledge from A-Level to future opportunities in the design field, where I am committed to growing and contributing meaningfully.

As part of my university work placement, I worked at Hawthorn Interiors where I supported the team in developing design concepts, preparing client presentations, and sourcing materials. I contributed to mood boards and design documentation across both residential and commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience with client interaction, project coordination, and design software. This placement strengthened my organisational abilities, visual communication skills, and experience working collaboratively in a professional studio environment.
In the Summer of 2022, I completed a week of work experience at the marketing company SGK. During my time there, I honed skills in teamwork by participating in daily meetings, both in-person and online, where we discussed the tasks for the day.
I also developed strong organisational skills while managing tasks, working alongside colleagues to support SGK, a global leader in packaging and brand experience. Part of my role involved overseeing meetings with stakeholders to brainstorm and develop new concepts and innovative ideas for the company. Additionally, I collaborated with my team on product analysis and contributed to daily operational tasks.
